You can choose to either follow the whole 10 session Balance-for-life Coaching Programme looking at all key areas of life, or sign up for 4-6 Coaching sessions designed specifically to address the areas of life you want to change.
These sessions can be weekly fortnightly or monthly. You can choose what works best for you.
The sessions are usually face-to-face but you can choose to have Coaching sessions over the telephone .
Email support in between sessions to discuss progress and any tasking or homework set.
