A personal Breakthrough session is a  powerful way to deal with persistent, ongoing and deep emotional and physical issues which hold you back in life. The aim of a Breakthrough session is to get to the root cause of your problem and to eliminate the negative emotions and limiting beliefs associated with it. Once you have released the root cause of your problem, you can begin to look at what you want instead.

A breakthrough session is an intensive one day, one to one advanced therapy session, which will enable you to resolve long term or recurring disabling feelings such as rejection, depression, panic, anger, sadness fear, hurt, guilt etc. The session typically takes 6-8 hours.
