Breakthrough Day:
I would highly recommend Sue as an NLP Master Practitioner. In my breakthrough session Sue guided me through the process, intuitively sensing in what direction it needed to go. Her insight and perception were remarkable, assisting the process in being highly effective and focused. She identified areas of my life where I had limiting beliefs and decisions that I wasn't even aware of that were holding me back. Following my breakthrough session with Sue, I have a new founded sense of self confidence and belief in my abilities and limitless potential which I have already started to realise one week following the session. If you want positive and remarkable results, Sue is certainly is someone who can deliver beyond expectations.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the life coaching sessions which you gave me recently.
I found this work very useful in helping to keep me keep focussed on the main goals in my life. During our sessions you managed to highlight and explore with me a deep rooted feeling of not being good enough.
You helped me realise that I am just perfect as I am and I have a lot to offer… The old feelings of inferiority have been replaced with feeling very confident and that my opinions matter. I don't care who I am with - I feel great!
All in all, you have helped me realise that I have the power to change all the things in my life that are making me anxious or holding me back, and that I have the skills and determination to make these changes.
During the coaching sessions wit h you, I felt that you really cared and wanted me to progress and realise my full potential. I feel very positive and committed to changing my life, and whenever I flounder I can hear your voice spurring me on!

I have found my sessions with Kath to be really helpful and empowering. I had not had coaching or counselling before and thought I might find it difficult to talk about myself at length. However, Kath’s warmth, interest and encouraging approach quickly put me at ease. Her thorough preparation and perceptive insights helped me to work out my own solutions and to examine underlying feelings about the next stage of my life.
The whole process felt as if I was able to think aloud in a natural but focused way. In so doing I was able to arrive at conclusions I was already aware of but hadn’t been able to formulate or put into practice. I also liked Kath’s approach because she made me take ownership of the sessions and be clear about what I wanted from them and had good suggestions for exercises and reading I could do separately.
All in all it has been really worthwhile both in looking at my current situation and future needs.

During four months, Katherine Beattie coached me via emails and six phone sessions, in which I was assisted in different scenarios and circumstances in my life.
The sessions guided me to look at the gains and losses, positives and negatives in any life situation when I want to look at a decision. They also guided me to look at, and keep goals that met my needs and had a positive effect in each area of my life.
Through these sessions I was able to realise that it is ok to drop goals that have an adverse effect on me and in my life. I realised I had set unrealistic targets to accomplish on my daily schedule. I realised through having to stop, that I was doing too much and asking too much of myself in a short space of time which ultimately caused me a lot of anxiety and frustration.
I have felt a lot better in myself by looking at my goals again and asking myself what goals and actions are realistic to achieve this year and which ones are really for my higher good. I have learnt to ask myself whether I have balance in everything, whether each goal complement or work against my peace of mind.
The coaching sessions helped me to see that I was rushing everything and missing a lot of the journey by not appreciating my own development, stressing my family and myself out, ultimately undermining my sense of self- worth and love.
Through the coaching sessions I have made the decision of not comparing myself to others anymore. I am now convinced I am unique and special. I clearly see the mere fact that I am working on myself means I am transforming all of the time and moving forwards
Finally I have to say, through the coaching sessions, I have got to know myself better to acknowledge my achievements, qualities and face my fears, anger and true ideals.
I do feel I have made progress and I am very thankful to Katherine Beattie for providing the tools in which enabled me to figure out my own self and life a lot clearer.
